Jacking Process

Slurry Jacking Model : TCS 400 Slurry jacking machine

Jacking for 400mm dia polymer concrete pipes.
Advantage : Able to jack long span from 70m-130m, soft and hard ground condition, uses pressure control gauge and steering laser target system, and require one man on ground to operate the control panel (less manpower)

The slurry pipe consist of 1 charging pump to supply water for cutting infront of the shield and 1 discharging pump to collect excavated material (soil) with grinding effect pumped to the sedimentation tank for filtration and recycle
